Cancellation and refund policy

Classes can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.

All cancellations must be made by email to the following address: alexdumaistrompette@gmail.com

Classes cancelled within the specified timeframe will be fully refunded or rescheduled according to the student's preference.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances assessed on a case-by-case basis.

In case of absence without notice, the class is considered to have been given.
